STATIONS

ALLOW GUESTS TO WORK THE ROOM

An action station is a dynamic food station where chefs or guests engage in activities such as cooking, mixing, adding toppings, or plating meals. They offer guests the opportunity to customize their meals and interact directly with chefs as their orders are prepared. Stations typically happen in conjunction with Passed bites. The two serving styles require a large number of staff to plate, serve, and replenish. We require 1 staff member for every 15 guests.
