CASUAL STYLE WITH BIG FLAVOR
Buffet is usually considered the most casual, but definitely does not sacrifice in quality or elegance—food can be displayed just as beautifully and taste just as fresh plated or family style. Buffet requires the smallest amount of staff out of all the service options. For buffet, we require require 1 staff member for every 25 guests. Standard designed buffets are included. Elevated designed buffets are an additional costs based on the scope of design.
