Passed bites are client’s favorite of our delicious serving styles. Tray passed lite and heavy bites with Chef D.Arthur’s signature style always add a sophisticated flair to events. Passed requires a large number of staff to plate, serve, and replenish each intricate bite. For passed, we require 1 staff member for every 15 guests. Passed requires the least set up and break down time of all serving styles.
